I took two cars within 15 minutes to your Inspection station at Parker and Independence in Plano. They were done in minutes. They were friendly, professional, and quick. I’d recommend that facility to anyone! Thanks for the great work!

Hello, I visited your Inspections Only location in Plano (Independence & Parker) today and wanted to comment on how happy I was with your service. Being Hearing Impaired I tend to get into some pretty confusing situations whenever I go out, which is to be expected, but your employees on duty today were just remarkable, Nawras Alanbari is a prime example on how to treat a customer as well as everybody else on duty today (11/05/2008). One of the main reasons why I’m so happy with the wonderful service I received today is not just because I was treated great (I know I tend to get a little more care than others because of my disability) but because they treated all the other customers there with the same care and help that I received. Thank you guys for being so wonderful and please let the guys working know that they are the reason why this company does so well and they should be taken as examples of flawless customer service!

On October 20, I visited Inspections Only at Custer and Legacy in Plano, and I wanted to provide feedback about my experience.
David (brown hair and moustache) helped me, and he provided excellent service. David was friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgable and efficient. I appreciate such good service, and I hope you will keep a copy of this email in his file for when it’s time for a raise and/or promotion.
Such good service is rare in today’s world, but it makes a huge difference in deciding which businesses I will use again in the future. David is an excellent employee, and I hope he will be there again next year when I get my annual inspection.

I rarely do this, but I find it necessary to point out the efforts of David Penter at your Lewisville, TX location. I have visited your Lewisville location many times and I must say that David Penter is by far the most courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable of any inspector I have encountered. He and Forrest Saddler were like the dynamic duo of inspectors.
After having a couple of rather questionable experiences in the past, David & Forrest restored my confidence in DEKRA Inspections Only. These gentlemen are an asset to your company. Please pass this on as good service does not go unnoticed!

I took my wife to have her auto inspected at the Plano facility,(located at Custer and Legacy).The attendant,(don`t know his name),was quite rude and smart mouthed. We left the Custer location and visited the Plano location at Parker and Independance. The attendants at the Parker facility were pleasant,attentive,and very professional.We were taken care of quickly and politely. I mentioned, (after we were taken care of and paid up),that we had just had a "bad experience" at the Custer location. We have used DEKRA for a number of years and have always been pleased. We have always recommended friends and neighbors to DEKRA.
I am disappointed that I felt it was necessary to make this unfavorable comment. It certainly will not prevent us from using DEKRA next year and in the years to follow. Be proud of the crew that was on duty, Wed 08/06/2008....11:19am, (at Parker and Independance).
You certainly may display my comment, however I don`t believe you would want to.

I visited your station at Parker/Independence and was completely impressed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff was professional and the waiting room was clean. It was a wonderful experience. I will never go anywhere else again.

I visited the Watauga location and was helped immediately. The inspector was very knowledgable and quick. He did a great job of getting my car inspected, I will definitely return to this location next year and I hope to continue to recieve such fantastic service.

I took my car in on my lunch break, it only took less than 15min to have the inspection done! Great fast service, Brandon F was nice and polite! CONVENIENT!! What a great service! It’s better than taking my car to the dealership or another place that offers all sorts of services...therefore causing me to take an hour lunch or more! THANK YOU!

Visiting you location for an inspection is the only automobile related task my wife will undertake alone.
She is comfortable visiting your Legacy location since there is no pressure for other services to inflate the bill, the courtesy extended by the inspectors, and the fact that her car is always visible.
I appreciate the extended evening and weekend hours. Living nearby, I usually stop when I see there is little or no line so I’m in and out quickly. I’m also impressed with the inspector’s knowledge of state law regarding inspections.
The only suggestion I can offer is to include information regarding inspection for vehicles greater than 25 years old. One of the inspector’s on you staff knew the answer when asked, but the information was not on the pricing menu.

I like having my inspection done by a business that does NOT sell tires or have a vested interest in finding a necessary repair to line their pockets. BRANDON was delightful, friendly and efficient.
I must admit that if my husband hadn’t suggested your company, I would NOT have been attracted to the outside appearence of your station. I was surprised by the nice waiting room. From the outside, I didn’t know what to expect. Somehow, you need to DRAW IN more customers so they can see your nice facilities. People need an excuse or opportunity to drop in your business just once for a free... something... ???
After seeing what you have and how easy your process is, I suspect that they will return for an inspection and suggest your service to others. THANKS !

Dear Inspections Only,
I am writing you tonight to inform you of how satisfied I am with the way your company is running. I as well as many other people needed an inspection this past week, so I had been told of how quickly and efficiently your company can get inspections done seeing as how its the only thing you do. So I headed over to your station on Parker & Independence on Monday the 5th only to find that one worker was there and about 3 or 4 vehicles were still waiting to be tested. I entered into the building only to find a young man rushing inside to greet me in between the 2 cars he had lined up in his bay, after greeting me, he told me his name and politley asked me for my current insurance card so that he may put me in line, he also informed me before hand that 2 of his co-workers had called in sick that day leaving him working alone for the time being. He then told me the wait would be about 20-30 minutes max and he would have me out of there! Now I found this hard to believe seeing ! how he had all those cars to inspect, and I asked him if he would be able to keep his promise, he informed me that he will have me out in 20-30 minutes as promised. Well, to my surprise he started using 2 bays meaning he was doing 2 inspections at the same time, and he would have 2 cars out in about 10-15 minutes! I was amazed and he had me out of there as promised. I guess all I’m trying to say is, you guys are great!
You keep your customers happy no matter what it takes, all down to the smallest detail, coffee, a basket of candy, a smile, and a friendly environment! I’m glad I received a reciept with the vehicle and inspector information otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to remember that young mans name. Please tell Nawras Alanbari that his hard work and kindness is very much apprieciated and to keep up his hard work. I hope the best for him and your company and I hope you guys stick around for a while because you got yourself a customer for life!

Johnny and Mark, I simply wanted to advise you that I had my inspection done on my wife’s car yesterday afternoon and couldn’t have been more pleased. After stopping at a Kwik Lube and a Goodyear dealership, only to be told the wait would be hours in the first case and no stickers in the second place, I drove down to your site at Independence and Parker. While there I was greeted by the two employees on duty, Mr. Nawras Alanbaci and Robert Lariz. Both gentlemen were courteous as well as professional. My time at your facility was about 15 minutes and I was on my way!!!
As a business owner and President of my own company, I definitely appreciate prompt service and quality people. Too often in today’s busy world, we neglect to acknowledge the work of people who are committed to their jobs and to excellence in service. After yesterday, I decided to take a moment out and pass on my compliments to your staff and hopefully you will take a moment out and acknowledge their efforts as well.

About a month ago, I went into one of your inspection stations, for my annual emissions/safety check. The young man who did the work informed me that my Ford Taurus had failed the emissions test. He, then, asked if I had recently had the battery disconnected or replaced. I admitted that it had been disconnected, briefly. He patiently explained I should drive the car 100 miles (to let the computer reset itself) and come back to complete the inspection. It worked! Every time that I have gone to one of your locations, I have been impressed. The guys always give a friendly greeting and an estimate of about how long the wait will be. They are eager to help, and seem quite capable of getting the job done. It is good to be able to get the required inspections done, without being subjected to sales pressure to buy brake pads, wiper blades, etc - or whatever else the place is wanting to push. I am so glad that you folks are in the business!
